We use Bella Canvas for our shirts and Gildan or Jerzees for our sweatshirts/hoodies. If you prefer a different brand, please send us a message. We can usually make it happen for you! All of our shirts are made with Direct to Film Transfers that are produced in house to ensure you receive the best quality. They do not contain any embellishments, such as rhinestones, embroidery or glitter. Some are designed to make it look like they do but they do not. Processing times are normally 3-5 business days and shipping can vary depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout. I ship UPS only unless you provided a PO BOX address. Those are only shipped with USPS. We do not offer refunds on these as they are made to order, however, you can view our reviews listed on the home page. If there is a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We are only human, and mistakes happen! If it is our fault, we will remake it for you asap!
